Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Humble Moments Booth LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Services
We provide photo booth rental services including:
• Mirror photo booth experience
• On-site attendant (if applicable)
• Printed and/or digital media
• Optional upgrades and add-ons

2. Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date
• Booking is not confirmed until payment is received
• Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event
Pricing Terms
• All pricing is listed in your invoice and/or service agreement
• Additional services, overtime, or upgrades will be billed separately
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed

3. Late Fees
• Late payments incur a fee of:
$50 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is greater)
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund

4. Overtime Charges
• Service includes a fixed duration outlined in your invoice
• Additional time is billed at:
$150 per hour ($75 per half hour)
Overtime must be:
• Approved during the event
• Based on availability
• Paid same day or invoiced

5. Cancellations & Refunds
• Must be submitted in writing
• Retainer is non-refundable
Cancellation terms:
• 14+ days before event: No additional balance due
• Less than 14 days: Up to 100% of total may be due

6. Setup & Teardown Requirements
• Setup requires 60–90 minutes before event start
• Teardown requires 45–60 minutes after event ends
Requirements
Client must provide:
• Power outlet within 10–15 ft
• Minimum 8x8 ft space
• Safe, covered environment
Delays caused by venue or client:
• May reduce service time
• No refunds will be issued

7. Idle Time Clause
If client requests a pause in service:
• Idle time must be agreed upon in advance
• Booth remains reserved and unavailable to others
• Idle time is billed at:
$50 per hour
Idle time does not extend your service duration unless explicitly stated.

8. Travel Fees / Mileage
• Travel within 20 miles of our base location is included
Additional travel:
• $1.00 per mile (round trip) beyond 20 miles
Additional fees may apply for:
• Extended travel time
• Overnight stays
• Parking or venue access fees

9. Damage Waiver & Responsibility
Client agrees to full responsibility for any damage to equipment caused by:
• Guests
• Misuse
• Negligence
Damage Costs
• Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the client
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
We strongly recommend supervising guests at all times.

10. Use of Equipment
• Equipment may not be moved, altered, or tampered with
• Company reserves the right to stop service if:
• Equipment is at risk
• Unsafe conditions occur
No refunds will be issued if service is stopped for safety reasons.

11. Media Release
Client grants Humble Moments Booth LLC permission to use event photos/videos for:
• Marketing
• Social media
• Website
Opt-out must be submitted in writing before the event

12. Liability
We are not liable for:
• Injuries
• Property damage
• Lost or corrupted files
• Uncontrollable interruptions (power, weather, venue issues)

13. Indemnification
Client agrees to defend and hold harmless Humble Moments Booth LLC from any claims arising from:
• Event activities
• Guest behavior
• Equipment misuse

14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure due to:
• Weather
• Emergencies
• Power outages
• Government restrictions
• Venue issues
In such cases:
• We may reschedule OR
• Issue credit toward a future event

15. Intellectual Property
All branding and materials belong to Humble Moments Booth LLC and cannot be used without permission.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance.
